The Torquay Hotel, a popular Surf Coast destination, is seeking an enthusiastic Bistro Supervisor to lead our 250-seat restaurant. You will be on the floor during service, mentor staff and ensure smooth, high-quality dining experiences for locals and visitors alike.

Reporting to management, you’ll oversee shifts, manage bookings and guest flow, control labour costs and foster a customer-first culture. Experience in hospitality and robust leadership are essential; available for nights, weekends,
