Rockwell Automation in Melbourne's Hawthorn region is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join our Remote Support Services team. You will provide technical support for hardware and software, helping customers resolve automation challenges across controllers, HMIs, networks, and related technologies in a hybrid work setting.

You will report to the Team Lead, Remote Support Services, and collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, and Quality to ensure timely resolutions.
