Elite RV Victoria, Victoria’s premier motorhome specialist, is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager/Technician to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art facility in Lynbrook.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the running of our busy workshop. This is a managerial and hands-on role ideal for a Manager/skilled technician who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities - Including but not limited to the following:

Manage the workshop and aftersales Customer Service

Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance on motorhomes.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gas, and appliance systems

Carry out bodywork, chassis repairs, suspension work, and accessory installations

Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and handover preparations

Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical advice to customers

Arrange registration of sold motorhomes.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Ensure all work complies with Australian standards and manufacturer guidelines





What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Motorhome, Caravan, or RV Manager/Technician.

Strong skills in 12V/24V electrical systems, gas systems (LPG), plumbing, appliances, and general RV repairs

Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude

Trade qualification (e.g., automotive, refrigeration, or recreational vehicle technician) preferred but not essential if you have strong relevant experience
