The Victorian Government seeks a proactive Student Disability Inclusion Coordinator to lead Disability Inclusion across NCAT. You will identify students with additional needs, coordinate planning, and ensure effective documentation and collaboration with staff, families and external agencies.
You will prepare and submit Disability Inclusion Profiles for funding and run the associated meetings, guiding the DIP process and ensuring DET timelines are met.
