Catering HQ Group is seeking a Central Reservations Coordinator to manage guest bookings across our venues in NSW and QLD. You will answer inbound calls, secure tables at the venue selected, and update guest details from our Head Office in Gregory Hills.

Ideal candidates have excellent phone manner, robust attention to detail, and experience with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms. Hospitality or contact centre experience is preferred.
