Site Engineer
Major Energy Project
Sydney to Dubbo

$100k - $130k + Super + LAFHA

We’re a Sydney-based civil contractor looking for a Site Engineer to join our team on a new major energy project in Dubbo, NSW.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day civil construction activities
- Prepare and review ITPs, SWMS and work packages
- Manage quality, safety and compliance on site
- Coordinate concrete pours, inspections and hold points
- Track quantities, progress and variations
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and the client’s representatives
- Maintain site records, diaries and as-built documentation

About you

- Degree in civil engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Site-based experience in civil construction, ideally on energy, substation or heavy civil projects
- Practical knowledge of FRP form, reo and concrete works
- Any experience in cables or conduits is highly advantageous
- A solid safety mindset and a hands-on approach




- Good communication and organisation skills
- Current driver’s licence, and a White Card (other site tickets are welcome)

- Salary: up to $130k including LAFHA, depending on experience
- Accommodation: provided at camp, with meals included
- Transport: provided on site (you’ll need to arrange your own travel to and from Sydney or your point of origin)
- Roster: 5/2 roster (Monday to Friday), travelling up and down each week
