You'll keep pace and add real value along the way, working directly with high net worth clients who value your opinion.
Key responsibilities
Get involved in acquisitions and exits, from due diligence through to structuring
Build financial models that shape real investment decisions
Set up management reporting that gives clients a clear view of their businesses
Advise on tax across groups, trusts, investment structures and transactions
Work directly with high net worth clients who value your opinion, not just your output
About you
A mix of public practice and commercial experience
Solid tax knowledge across groups, trusts and transactions
Confidence with management accounts, reporting and modelling
CA or CPA qualified, or well progressed
The curiosity to ask why a deal makes sense, not just how to record it
The presence to hold your own in a room with sophisticated clients
