Senior Project Engineer — Civil & Structural FIFO, DIDO, and Local Projects

Experienced Senior Project Engineer needed for civil and structural infrastructure projects on a FIFO/DIDO 14/7 roster regional Queensland

The Role:

C.M.B Consulting Services is supporting local Client for their upcoming projects with Regional Queensland Project. The successful candidates will work closely with the PM and dynamic team to drive construction delivery — structures, culverts, stormwater drainage, bulk earthworks, and road construction. Hands-on, strong site presence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering Complex RFP and culvert structures or similar

• Managing day-to-day construction activities across civil/structural scopes

• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams on site

• Preparing/reviewing ITPs, hold/witness points, quality documentation





• Managing RFIs, technical submissions, and design coordination

• Tracking schedules, budgets, and progress claims

• Site inspections, audits, and punch list management

• Supporting contract administration and variation management

• Management of Teams day to day works

What You Bring:

• 5+ years as SPE in civil/structural infrastructure

• Hands-on with RFP structures, culverts, reinforced concrete, and drainage etc

• Solid technical documentation (ITPs, RFIs, method statements)

• Relevant engineering degree (Civil/Structural)

• FIFO/DIDO experience on remote/regional sites an advantage
