Anglicare NT is seeking a Case Manager for a 12-month contract to work with young people to identify strengths, overcome barriers, and access safe, sustainable accommodation. Using a trauma-informed and culturally secure approach, you will deliver intensive case management, advocacy, outreach, referrals and practical support to empower positive outcomes.
Candidates will have a qualification in Human Services or Social Sciences and experience with vulnerable youth, plus knowledge of youth
