Mirvac is seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, Asset Management – Retail & Build to Rent. The role provides high-level administrative support to the General Manager and the department, and is an active participant of the Retail and BTR leadership teams.
You will keep key leaders updated, manage a demanding diary, prepare speeches and communications, handle confidential information with discretion, and produce monthly reports and presentations to support decision-making.
