Social Activities Officer (Paddington Campus)

The Social Activities Officer is a front of house role in the Arc office on UNSW’s Paddington campus who will be responsible for assisting in the development, organisation and facilitating of weekly activations to help Arc produce fun and engaging experiences for all students to get involved in, with a focus on Paddington campus’ community.

This is including but not limited to session parties, DJ workshops, Clothes Swap events, and anything and everything you can think of to bring life to Paddington Campus As The Social Activities Officer it is your responsibility to assist in bringing excitement and culture to Paddington campus.

You will also be responsible for general administration, dealing with enquiries, subscribing members, promoting, and running activities and events on campus in liaison with the Art & Design Manager. The aim is to facilitate and promote access to services and opportunities for Art & Design students to actively participate in campus life, as well as providing information to enable them to access programs at Kensington campus. This role is based at UNSW’s Paddington campus and is required to work in person, remotely, or as directed by the Art & Design Manager.

Arc Creative is staffed by a full time Manager, two casual student staff (that includes you), as well as two Kudos Coordinators.
