About the Role

You’ll take ownership of an established, high-performing territory covering Sydney CBD, Northern Sydney and regional NSW, including Newcastle, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo and Bathurst.

With strong customer relationships already in place and plenty of untapped potential, there’s a real opportunity to build on what’s working, open new doors and make the territory your own.

Here’s what your days will look like:

Own and grow your territory, nurturing existing hospital accounts while identifying and winning new business.

Build strong relationships with clinicians, infection prevention teams, procurement and key hospital decision-makers.

Get to know your customers, understand their challenges and introduce solutions that deliver real clinical value.

Spot opportunities for growth, developing and executing territory plans that drive commercial results.

Navigate the hospital landscape, engaging the right stakeholders and moving opportunities from conversation through to implementation.

Collaborate with your wider team across sales, clinical education and marketing to deliver the best outcomes for customers.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who’s commercially driven, knows their way around a hospital and has a genuine knack for building relationships and growing business.

Here’s what we’d love to see:

Hospital sales experience is essential, across public and/or private hospitals.

A proven track record of growth, from expanding existing accounts to winning new business.

Solid hospital knowledge, including procurement, purchasing pathways and key decision-makers.

A natural relationship builder who can connect with clinicians, procurement teams and senior stakeholders.

Commercial nous, with the ability to spot opportunities, think strategically and turn plans into results.

A team-first attitude, someone who shares ideas, supports their colleagues and celebrates wins together.
