- $69,000 to $75,000 per annum (depending on experience)+ Superannuation.
* 5 weeks of Annual Leave
* Remote Area Housing Assistance ($60 per week for Renting / $90 per week for Homeowner)
* Rostered Days Off (RDOs)
* Personal (Sick) Leave.
* Adaptable Work Arrangement available ( FWA) for the first 12 months:7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering early childhood education programs in line with frameworks and standards.
* Support children’s development, wellbeing, and daily routines
* Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Monitor and contribute to children’s learning and development records.




* Ensure all children are supervised at all times with a strong focus on safety.
* Assist with general duties including cleaning, laundry, and administrative tasks.

* Has a genuine interest in early childhood education and care
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Engages positively with children and families in a respectful and supportive manner
* Has an understanding of child development and early learning frameworksMandatory

Requirements:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or ability to obtain before commencement)
