Cater Care is looking for a Duty Manager to lead the Mad Mex team at Sydney Domestic Airport. The role is full time, 38 hours per week, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining food safety and operations across front and back of house.
You will coordinate daily operations, support training, and manage priorities across customer service, kitchen and retail activities, starting from 5.00am. RSA and Food Safety Supervisor qualifications are preferred.
