What’s on offer:
- Full-time hours: 38 hours per week, worked across 4 days (Friday off).
- Weekly rotating shifts
Day Shift: Mon–Wed 6am–4pm, Thu 6am–2pm
Night Shift: Mon–Wed 4pm–2am, Thu 4pm–12am
- Experience preferred but training provided, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine set up/break down and operate extruder machine in line with procedures.
- Operate machinery while maintaining production efficiency.
- Pack final products ready for quality assurance testing.
- Work safely and effectively as part of the factory team.
About You:
- Prior machine operation experience in manufacturing (preferred).
- Mechanically minded, quick to learn, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of moving 20kg+ regularly.
- Current Forklift licence is ESSENTIAL
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Strong awareness of workplace health & safety procedures.
