Routine Inspections Manager/Field Officer

You'll be responsible for conducting routine property inspections across our rental portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained and providing transparent, accurate reporting to our Property Management team and rental providers.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting routine inspections across our managed properties
- Preparing detailed inspection reports, including photographs and maintenance recommendations
- Identifying maintenance concerns and potential compliance issues
- Communicating professionally with renters, rental providers and our Property Management team
- Assisting with entry and exit condition reports when required
- Managing your daily inspection schedule efficiently
- Ensuring a high standard of service and attention to detail at every property

About you

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills




- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify maintenance and property presentation concerns
- Confident communicating with people from all walks of life
- Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
- Tech-savvy and confident using mobile inspection software
- Professional, reliable and proactive
- A holder of a current Victorian driver's licence
- Previous real estate or property management experience is highly regarded, but we're also open to someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn
