About the role

We are a small school with a great parent community and respectful students. Just a short drive from surrounding towns Morwell, Traralgon and Moe, we are providing an accelerated path to leadership that an aspiring leader in a larger school may be waiting for. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and join our supportive leadership team.

In this role, you will work alongside our Senior Leader of Teaching and Learning to co-ordinate our Assessment Schedule and analysis of School Data and lead Whole School Approach to Positive Behaviour initiatives.

We warmly welcome teachers who are not Catholic or from other sectors.

This is an ongoing position, 1.0 FTE (full time) under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022.

To be successful in this chance, applicants require:

- Tertiary qualification in Primary Education and VIT registration.
- A sound understanding of the Victorian Curriculum and knowledge of contemporary pedagogy.
- Well-developed and positive classroom management strategies.
- Willingness to uphold the ethos and values of our school.
- Committed to upholding the DOSCEL Child Safety Standards and Code of Conduct
