Cullen Jewellery in Melbourne seeks a Retail Field Trainer to onboard and develop showroom teams across Australia and Current Zealand. Based at our Melbourne HQ, you’ll train on the floor, observe live appointments, and coach staff with regional executives.

You’ll design onboarding frameworks, tailor curricula for each retail level, travel regularly, including weekends, and contribute to a unified playbook across all showrooms.
