Join a growing commercial builder who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Darwin team.n
n
n This is a genuine full-cycle Project Management role, suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from early contractor involvement and through to final completion and defects.n
n
n Working closely with senior management, you will be coordinating subcontractor procurement, managing contract administration, programming works, controlling project budgets and leading project delivery teams through construction.n
n
n With a strong portfolio of work secured and many projects in their pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering a diverse range of commercial construction projects across the Northern Territory.n
n
n Projects typically range from $5M to $30M+ and include commercial, government, education, healthcare, industrial and mixed-use developments.n
n
Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Manage projects from tender stage through to handover and defects liability.
n
- Prepare and submit competitive tenders and negotiate subcontract packages.
n
- Develop and maintain construction programmes and delivery strategies.
n
- Undertake contract administration including variations, progress claims, EOTs and cost reporting.
n
- Manage procurement schedules and project cash flow.
n
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to achieve project outcomes.
n
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
n




- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.
n

About Youn

n
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion.
n
- Experience managing projects valued from $10M+.
n
- Robust tendering, estimating and pre-construction experience.
n
- Sound contract administration and commercial management capabilities.
n
- Excellent programming, budgeting and financial management skills.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of multiple project phases.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
n
- Willingness to fully relocate to Darwin
