Guest Services Team Member – Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks
Are you passionate about people, love working in beautiful locations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a motivated and friendly Guest Services Team Member to join our team on a part time basis across our stunning holiday parks on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in some of the most picturesque locations the coast has to offer while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.
About the Role:
As the face of our parks, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. No two days are the same — you’ll be assisting guests, managing bookings, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Support general office and operational tasks as required
About You:
Friendly, approachable, and professional in nature
Able to work autonomously and use initiative
Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
A “can-do” attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Confident in handling conflict situations calmly and effectively
Reliable and versatile, with availability to work every second weekend
Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Experience with Newbook advantageous
