Otis Lifts is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Mascot, NSW office. You will be customer-facing and responsible for delivering premium service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the Service Manager and teams across projects and invoices.
You will handle timesheets, invoicing, reporting, and customer portals while collaborating with Sales Reps, Project and Service Managers. A robust admin background and 3–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.
