Join Kitchen Connection as our next Showroom Manager in West Gosford. We're looking for a motivated leader who can inspire a team, deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive strong commercial results.
As Showroom Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the showroom, support and develop your team, and play a key role in the continued success of the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in retail management, sales leadership, and team development.
- Previous management experience in, electrical retail, furniture retail or home improvement retail (highly regarded).
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to deliver results.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Solid commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and retail systems.

- Lead, coach,

- Drive sales performance and achieve showroom KPIs.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through to sale.
