This is a varied role combining medical reception, patient coordination, surgical bookings and medical billing.

Key responsibilities

Managing appointments and referrals

Communicating with patients and families

Coordinating surgery with private hospitals

Helping ensure the day-to-day practice runs efficiently

Solving routine problems independently

About you

Warm, highly organised, proactive and reliable

Ability to prioritise in a busy specialist workplace

Comfortable solving routine problems independently

Previous experience in specialist medical reception, surgical bookings or medical billing highly regarded

ENT experience advantageous but not essential

Familiarity with Gentu or Xestro advantageous but not essential
