Sephora Bondi is seeking a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a 20+ strong team in a rapid-paced luxury retail environment. The role sits in a full-time, 6 month fixed-term program and reports to the Store Manager, driving client experience and commercial performance.
You will mentor, coach and develop the team, manage stock, visual merchandising, and be hands-on on the shop floor to inspire excellence and meet KPIs in line with Sephora standards under the LVMH group.
