About the Role

Located in Doreen, LUSH SKIN CLINIC offers a professional, friendly and supportive environment where both our clients and team members are valued.

We are looking for a Beauty Therapist / Dermal Therapist who is confident in their skills, passionate about delivering great results and committed to creating a memorable client experience from the moment guests walk through our doors.

Confidence in lash treatments is essential, along with a strong foundation in beauty therapy and skin care. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a variety of treatments, understands individual client needs and takes pride in helping clients feel confident, relaxed and beautiful.

Ther are positions available on a Full time, Part time or Casual basis, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering professional beauty treatments with care, confidence and attention to detail.
- Performing lash treatments confidently and helping clients achieve beautiful results.
- Providing waxing services, particularly brow shaping, along with manicures, pedicures and massage.




- Offering personalised skin care advice and treatment recommendations to help clients achieve their skin goals.
- Creating a welcoming, relaxing and memorable experience for every client.
- Building strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation and professionalism.
- Working collaboratively with our team while confidently managing your own appointments and responsibilities.

Who We’re Looking For

- A minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy.
- Confidence and practical experience in lash treatments.
- Experience in beauty therapy, skin care and a variety of salon treatments.
- Strong skills in brow waxing and shaping, manicures, pedicures and massage.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- A professional, well-presented appearance and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A genuine enthusiasm for beauty, skin health and ongoing professional development.
