Newmont Cadia is seeking an Advisor Tailings and Water Operations to support the safe, effective and compliant operation of Tailings & Water facilities at Cadia. You will drive continuous improvement through risk management, procedure development and performance analysis.

You will collaborate with planning, technical services and safety teams to optimise tailings deposition, water management and coarse sand placement, while promoting continuous improvement and procedural compliance across teams.
