Join a Global 4PL Leader in a High-Performing Warehouse Team

We're on the lookout for experienced Pick Packers to join a dynamic team. Based in Kemps Creek, this role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment where every day brings something different.

Day shift: Start times vary between 6am - 10am
Day shift payrate: $36.10 + automatic pay increase after probation period

Afternoon shift: 2pm - 10pm
Afternoon shift payrate: $40.43 + automatic pay increase after probation period

Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Pick packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating RF scanners to track inventory and orders
- Adhering to daily KPIs and productivity targets
- Following warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

About You:
To be successful in this opportunity, you will possess the following:





- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or pick packing role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A reliable, team-focused attitude with a solid work ethic
