A Great Communicator
You can communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, therapists, families and external organisations.

A Team Player
You are happy to pitch in, help your colleagues and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Proactive
You notice what needs doing and get on with it. We love someone who doesn't always need to be asked

Calm Under Pressure
Our clinic can be busy, and you'll need to be able to prioritise tasks while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.

You'll be joining a supportive and welcoming team working across allied health, disability, paediatrics and Pilates. You'll have the prospect to make a genuine difference to the experience of our clients while working alongside a passionate team of professionals.

We value:

A supportive team environment

A friendly and welcoming workplace

Great relationships with our clients and families

Opportunities to learn and grow

A positive workplace culture where everyone contributes

The Essentials

Previous experience in reception, administration, health, allied health or a similar client-facing environment would be highly regarded.

You will need:

Excellent attention to detail

Strong computer and administrative skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A professional and approachable manner

A willingness to learn our systems and processes

A genuine commitment to providing excellent client service

Experience with Splose, Tyro Health, Stripe, Momence, Canva and/or NDIS administration would be advantageous, but training will be provided to the right person.
