Love caravans, campers and the open road? Come and keep them rolling.

At HFH Auto Group, Mission 100 is our vision: to become the most respected and loved dealership group in the country, famous for always putting our customers and our teammates first. We’re looking for an experienced RV Technician who wants to be part of that.

About us

HFH Auto Group started in 1996 with a single brand. Today we’re one of the largest dealership groups in Melbourne’s South East, representing Toyota, Ford, Mazda, Lexus and Jayco. Jayco Melbourne is the newest member of our family, and we need great people to help it grow.

The role

This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday 8.30am- 4.30. You’ll work on our full range of new and used caravans, campers and motorhomes, including:

Routine servicing and pre-delivery work

Cabinetry repairs and roof resealing

Fitting accessories

12V electrical diagnosis and repairs

Insurance repairs

No two days are the same, and you’ll see the difference your work makes when a family drives off on their next adventure.

What’s in it for you

Great earning potential: a competitive wage plus a monthly performance bonus

A career, not just a job: ongoing in-house and Jayco manufacturer training, with real paths to grow

Security: a long-term role with an established, growing group

Recognition: we celebrate our people, from day-to-day wins to Monthly Lunches to our annual Gala Awards Night

A team that has your back: a supportive workshop where people help each other out and enjoy coming to work

What you’ll bring

Experience servicing and repairing recreational vehicles

Solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions

The ability to do the physical side of the job, including lifting and working on roofs and in tight spaces

A can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and reliability and punctuality

Clear communication and a customer-first mindset

Confidence working on your own and as part of a team

A commitment to keeping the workshop secure, clean and organised

Our values

100% Effort | Teamwork | Integrity | Respect | Fun | Recognition
