The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead our front-of-house team, ensuring flawless service, warm hospitality, and seamless daily operations. You will set the tone for our guests and our team, embodying elegance, efficiency, and genuine care.

Your Responsibilities

* Lead by example in delivering premium service to every guest

* Supervise service flow, seating, reservations, and staff performance

* Train, mentor, and empower team members; foster a culture of excellence

* Manage guest relations — welcome, attend to needs, resolve concerns with grace

* Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace standards

* Coordinate with kitchen to ensure perfect timing and order presentation

* Support inventory, cost control, and operational improvement

What You Bring





* Minimum 2 years hospitality supervisory experience; fine dining/Japanese cuisine background highly regarded

* Poised, skilled demeanor with impeccable communication skills

* Deep understanding of guest experience — you anticipate needs before they ask

* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-standard environments

* Fluent English; Japanese or Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage

* Right to work in Australia; flexible availability including nights, weekends, public holidays
