Key responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and accounting engagements.

- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and BAS.

- Assist with tax planning, business structuring and advisory matters.

- Support business valuations, acquisitions and restructures.

- Ensure timely delivery of work and maintain high service standards.

About you

- Around 5 years' experience in Australian public practice.

- Strong accounting and taxation knowledge.

- Confidence in managing client work independently.

- Positive communication and organisational skills.

- Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Excel.

- CA, CPA, IPA or CTA qualification, or working towards completion (desirable).

- SMSF accounting and taxation experience (desirable).

- Exposure to client management, tax planning or business advisory (desirable).

- Experience reviewing and supporting junior accountants (desirable).
