Juniper Aged Care is seeking a Remuneration and Perks Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a permanent part-time basis (0.6 FTE) in Western Australia. You will lead remuneration frameworks, job evaluation, classification and employee benefits, providing expert advice and supporting workforce strategy.

Collaborate with leaders to ensure equitable, competitive and compliant practices, including gender pay gap analysis and WGEA reporting.
