The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead a global repositioning from a tenant engagement app to a building-performance platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy that aligns with the company's mission to enhance building performance, NOI, and asset value. This senior, hands-on role requires a professional with a solid background in product, brand, or integrated marketing, particularly in the enterprise tech sector. The Head of Marketing will be tasked with owning the company's positioning, packaging, launches, and campaigns across multiple markets, and must have a proven track record in these areas. A sharp aesthetic and editorial judgment, as well as the ability to turn proprietary data into compelling marketing tools, are essential.Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a commercial mindset,



with the ability to connect marketing efforts to growth, retention, and upsell. The role involves working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams, as well as external agencies and partners, to deliver on the marketing strategy. Experience in PropTech or institutional real estate is a bonus, as is a background in sales enablement, ABM, or field marketing. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for global brand management, content creation, and PR, and must be adept at building and managing media relationships. The position is based in Melbourne and offers a four-day working week, with the expectation of travel as needed.
