We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a major Federal Government agency.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Agile delivery professional to lead complex delivery streams, coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise-scale programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects deliver value, manage risks effectively and achieve strategic outcomes.About the RoleAs the Release Train Engineer, you will operate within a complex Agile environment, providing leadership across planning, release management, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance.Working closely with delivery teams, executives and business stakeholders, you will facilitate program execution, remove impediments, manage risks and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. This role requires solid leadership capability, exceptional communication skills and experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate Agile delivery activities across multiple teams and stakeholdersDefine, improve and govern release management processes and delivery practicesManage end-to-end technical and business release activitiesEnsure appropriate approvals and governance requirements are met before production releasesMonitor program performance, delivery outcomes, quality metrics and implementation progressIdentify, manage and escalate delivery risks, issues and dependenciesFacilitate Agile ceremonies, planning activities and stakeholder workshopsCoach and mentor teams to improve Agile maturity, collaboration and delivery performancePrepare and review reporting, dashboards, status updates and delivery documentationSupport resource planning, forecasting, budgeting and program governance activitiesDrive continuous improvement,
