You’ll be learning, problem-solving and building valuable industry knowledge while working with the John Deere brand.Bring the right attitude and willingness to learn, and we’ll help you build the skills for a great career in Parts.What You’ll Be DoingPromotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.Researches and interprets parts requirements.Places machine down and stock orders.Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with delivery to proper inventory locations.Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.Follows up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.Maintains current product knowledge.Participates in Sales Training programsAs an Apprentice Parts Interpreter, you will undertake a Certificate III in Automotive Sales through TAFE NSW over a three-year period.
