CGC Recruitment is partnering with a national Tier 1 builder in Brisbane to appoint a Senior Contracts Administrator. Initially based in the office near the CBD for six months, you will drive pre-construction procurement, then move to site during delivery phases of major projects.
You will handle head contracts, subcontractor agreements, procurement strategy and cost reporting, with leadership responsibilities for junior admins in a high-value project setting.
