What you'll be doingThis is a genuinely hands-on field role. You'll be responsible for keeping automated systems operating safely and efficiently across customer sites.
Your day-to-day work will include:

- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on automated equipment.
- Attending breakdowns and working quickly to minimise customer downtime.
- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Supporting equipment installations, upgrades and modifications.
- Working with automated conveyors, material handling systems and associated equipment.
- Diagnosing faults using electrical schematics, PLCs and control systems.
- Working with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Completing maintenance activities through computerised maintenance systems.
- Providing a high level of customer service while representing the business on site.
- Participating in an on-call roster and overtime as required.
- Working across day and afternoon shifts depending on customer requirements.

What we're looking forWe're looking for an electrician who enjoys solving problems and isn't afraid to get hands-on.
You'll ideally have:

- Australian A Grade Electrical Licence - restricted electrical licences will also be considered.
- Industrial electrical experience in manufacturing, automation, logistics, material handling or a similar environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with automated equipment, conveyors
