Genea is seeking a Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of risk management and quality systems on a national basis. The role reports to the CEO and oversees incident management, complaints handling and change management during a 12‑month maternity leave coverage.
The position requires solid leadership, senior stakeholder engagement and a track record in healthcare risk/regulatory compliance.
