n Working closely with the Finance Manager, you'll gain exposure across reporting, cashflow, forecasting, compliance and commercial finance while developing a deeper understanding of how financial information drives real business outcomes.n

The Opportunity
n
nThis role offers far more than processing transactions and reporting numbers.n
n You'll become a key member of the finance team, helping maintain the financial integrity of the business while supporting planning, decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.n
n Working across multiple entities, you'll contribute to financial reporting, cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting and compliance while helping leadership understand what's driving performance and where opportunities exist.n
n
n Key responsibilities include:n

- Driving month-end reporting, reconciliations and general ledger integrity.
n
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
n
- Preparing management reports, analysis and financial commentary.
n
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and intercompany accounting.
n
- Supporting tax,



compliance and audit requirements.
n
- Identifying process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
n
- Partnering with stakeholders to support business performance and informed decision-making.
n

- Experience within a broad accounting or finance position.

- Strong month-end accounting and reconciliation capability.

- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

- Knowledge of GST, compliance and audit processes.
n
- Strong Excel and financial systems capability.
n
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
n
- A desire to contribute to business improvement and operational success.
