You will be the foundational force driving awareness and growth for Maincode and Matilda.
What You’ll Do
You will handle the actual work from start to finish, which means writing crisp copy, designing clean assets, setting up campaigns, and tracking the data to ensure we are actually growing.
You will manage our digital footprint across organic and paid channels, figuring out exactly how to get Matilda in front of the right audience.
A big part of this role is taking advanced AI capabilities and translating them into simple, stylish, and highly practical use cases that resonate with everyday users.
You will skip the slow planning cycles to test scrappy and contemporary ideas, launching quickly and adjusting based on what works.
Who You Are
You understand the stakes of building local AI infrastructure and are driven by the challenge of making it a recognised name.
You have a visceral reaction to bad design and clunky marketing jargon, and you naturally maintain a stylish and contemporary aesthetic across every touchpoint.
You are a humble skilled who leaves your ego at the door and lets the quality of your output speak for itself.
You care about actual traction and obsess over how to convert raw awareness into active and engaged users.
The Maincoder Spirit
Maincoders are driven by a singular purpose that goes far beyond just another job. We believe this is our country's time to shine, requiring a level of selflessness, dedication, and restlessness from everyone involved. For us to succeed in making Australian-made AI world class, we need people who are tireless, passionate, and completely devoted to the cause. We will always choose someone with spirit, passion, and a true love for what we are building over someone who is highly credentialed but uninspired, because while we can teach skills, we can never teach heart.

The opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing business education and mentoring company that's scaling quickly and building something with real ambition. Founder-led and built on a proven business-scaling model, they help ambitious operators in the health, wellness and coaching space grow stronger businesses through workshops, mentoring and high-performance execution.
They're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own their paid acquisition and lead generation, and to grow into a broader marketing role as the business expands.
This is a hands-on, in-house role reporting directly to the founder. You'll be embedded in the business rather than sitting on the sidelines, contributing to campaigns from idea through to execution in a fast-moving, high-standards environment.
What you'll do
- Build, launch and optimise Meta campaigns across Instagram and Facebook
- Own lead generation across paid media, landing pages and funnels
- Test audiences, hooks, messaging and creative formats, and track lead quality, conversion rates and customer acquisition cost
- Contribute to creative concepts and content: static ads, short-form video, talking-head, carousels and B-roll, using tools like Canva and CapCut
- Support landing pages, lead magnets, nurture journeys, CRM and email automation
- Map the customer journey and find where leads are dropping off
- Bring ideas to the table and move quickly to test and learn
- Over time, support live workshops and client education, and build confidence presenting to business owners
What we're looking for
- A couple of years of hands-on experience in performance, paid social, growth or lead generation marketing
- Strong Meta Ads Manager skills, ideally gained in a service-based, high-ticket, coaching, education or agency environment rather than pure ecommerce
- Exposure to funnels, landing pages, CRM and email marketing
- A genuine interest in content and creative, and comfort appearing in content when needed
- Commercial awareness and an analytical mindset: you care about why campaigns perform, not just surface-level metrics
- Someone energised by pace who follows through without needing to be chased
- A genuine interest in fitness, health, wellness or the broader coaching business world is a strong plus
You don't need to be a finished senior marketer. Strong fundamentals, curiosity, initiative and a real appetite to grow quickly matter most. For the right person, there's genuine investment in your development.
This is a full-time, in-house role. It will suit someone ready to go all in on one business, rather than running a side venture or agency alongside it.
What's on offer
- Direct exposure to and mentorship from the founder of a high-growth business
- Ownership of campaigns from strategy through to execution
- Broad exposure across paid media, content, funnels, CRM, automation and lead generation
- Real room to grow in capability, responsibility and, in time, to lead a team
- Your own office, an in office company gym, and a hybrid working model
- A high-performance culture built on speed, character and excellence
