Bolton Clarke is seeking 3 Personal Care Workers for our Cunningham Villas facility in Bowen, QLD. These permanent full-time roles start from February 2027 and offer structured shifts, training and development, and robust clinical support.

You will assist residents with mobility, meals, personal care and social activities while maintaining high safety and quality standards in a not-for-profit setting with salary packaging and health benefits.
