A part time receptionist will become available in November 2026 or earlier due for our successful young practice located in Gateway Plaza shopping Centre .

Ideally we are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, dental knowledge and excellent work ethics.

This is a key role and usually is the first point of contact for between our patients and the practice. We are looking for a candidate who is driven, personable, warm and motivated and has experience in the dental .

A state of the art Dental Practice based on the edge of the Ballerina Peninsula, providing high quality general , Orthodontic and Implant dentistry by an experienced team of dentists and support staff.

PRIMARY RESPONCIBILITIES

Managing front office enquiries of the practice and being the first point of contact between patients and the practice.

Control the appointment book and patient data entry .

Explanation of treatment plans and coordinating with Principal Dentist and other clinician when necessary.

Processing HICAPS and accounts, end of day reconciliation .

Organize I.V sessions with principal dentist and inhouse anaesthetist on monthly or fortnightly basis.
