SunRice Group in NSW is seeking a proactive Shift Coordinator to lead frontline teams on site, delivering safe and productive production and acting as the shift escalation point. Based in Gunnedah, you will contribute to a strong team culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, you will drive performance, coordinate workflows, mentor staff, and ensure quality and compliance across production lines.
