Tuley, a family-owned disability support organization, is seeking an Experienced Female Disability Support Worker to assist an 11-year-old autistic girl in developing independence and community connections. This role involves after-school support, weekends, and school holidays in a trauma-informed and person-centered framework.

Responsibilities:

- Support the development of independence in daily activities for the 11-year-old girl.
- Assist with cooking, shopping, budgeting.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement.




- Maintain professional boundaries.
- Collaborate with team members effectively.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience supporting autistic children and adolescents preferred but not essential.
- Valuable English skills.
- Current Driver's License and road-worthy vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
- Police Check required.
- Experience supporting people with ASD and anxiety preferred.
