We're looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our dedicated team at Kiddie Academy in Kellyville, NSW. This part-time role will see you preparing healthy and delicious meals for the children in our care, ensuring they receive the highest quality nutrition to support their growth and development.

What you´ll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment

Maintaining accurate records of food preparation and inventory

Working closely with our team of Educators to accommodate any dietary requirements or preferences

Assisting with menu planning and meal preparation as needed

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in cooking or catering, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Extensive experience working as a Cook in a childcare, school or similar environment





Solid understanding of nutrition and a commitment to preparing healthy, balanced meals

Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure meals are prepared on time

A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain
