Mobile Phone Repair Technician & Telecommunications Sales Consultant

Phone Top is seeking an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician & Telecommunications Sales Consultant to join our team. This role combines hands-on technical repair work with customer-facing sales responsibilities across mobile devices, telecommunications services, NBN broadband, and energy connections.

Key responsibilities

- Perform mobile phone repairs, including screen and battery replacements, diagnostics and basic troubleshooting
- Sell mobile phones, accessories, prepaid and postpaid mobile plans
- Assist customers with SIM card activations, mobile number transfers and telecommunications services
- Promote and arrange NBN broadband, electricity and gas connections
- Manage daily retail operations, POS transactions, stock and customer enquiries
- Work independently and achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a professional, reliable and customer-focused working environment

About you

- Minimum 1 year of professional hands-on mobile phone repair experience
- Must be confident performing screen and battery replacements independently
- Previous experience in mobile phone retail sales and SIM card activations
- Strong English communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage daily responsibilities and achieve sales targets
- Reliable, punctual, responsible and detail-oriented




- Availability to work rostered weekends
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Experience with NBN broadband sales and connections (highly regarded)
- Experience with electricity and gas sales or connection services (highly regarded)
