Sephora Bondi is seeking a Floor Manager (Supervisor) to lead a 20+ beauty advisors team in a premium retail environment. The role is full time on a 6-month fixed-term basis, designed for experienced leaders to drive client experience and store performance.

You will mentor teams, coach to exceed KPIs, and partner with Store Manager to shape commercial strategy, leveraging data, and ensuring operational excellence.
