Key responsibilities

- Drive the efficient day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring operations remain smooth and well coordinated.
- Lead, support and motivate the reception and administration team to deliver their best.
- Manage rosters, staff coverage and daily allocation while encouraging ongoing learning and development.
- Keep patient flow moving by identifying bottlenecks and responding quickly to operational challenges.
- Take the lead on complex patient enquiries and complaints, providing calm and professional resolutions.
- Ensure Medicare, DVA,



private billing and other essential administrative processes are completed accurately.
- Coordinate key financial tasks, including the accurate completion of daily banking.
- Develop positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues, referrers and other key stakeholders.
- Promote consistent compliance with clinic procedures, privacy obligations and professional standards.
