A not-for-profit residential aged care provider in Coffs Harbour, NSW, needs an experienced Registered Nurse who can pair strong clinical practice with confident leadership on the floor. The position is permanent and full-time, rostered across morning, afternoon and night shifts, with the nurse reporting to the Care Manager.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration, together with a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, ideally with aged care exposure
- Familiarity with aged care legislation, the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC assessment processes
- In-depth clinical understanding of older people's health and age-related conditions
- Confidence in coaching, mentoring and supporting care staff, backed by strong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills
- A collaborative, positive working style and competent IT skills
