Subway Group is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead a rapid-paced restaurant team in NSW. You will recruit, induct, and develop staff, create rosters, supervise training, and model performance for the team.

This role focuses on delivery of excellent customer service, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with Subway standards, council guidelines and safety procedures.
